Objectives
- Produce predictive distribution models for five fish species.
- Develop a threat analysis by scoring 12-digit HUCs with an aggregated threat score.
Work for this project will consist of developing species distribution models for the pearl dace, northern redbelly x finescale dace hybrid, paddlefish, pallid sturgeon, and sauger. The species models will be created using abiotic variables independent of current condition. In addition, a threat assessment will be conducted using 12-digit HUCs as the assessment unit. Ranks for individual metrics will be rolled into an overall aggregated threat score.
