Introduction

Since joining MoRAP in 2008, Phillip has worked on numerous terrestrial and aquatic projects. Phillip specializes in many facets of remote sensing, including object-based classification and machine learning.

Background

Phillip received a B.S and M.S in Wildlife and Fisheries Science from Mississippi State University. His thesis was titled “Effects of Intensive Pine Plantation Management on Wintering and Breeding Avian Communities in Southern Mississippi.”
